Illustrations and Dimensions
All illustrations, dimensions and information on the website are non-binding. Model and price changes remain reserved.

Offers
Upon request, our best offers are provided by telephone, email or in writing. Prices stated in offers are binding for orders placed within 5 working days and for the specified quantities.

Prices
All prices are gross prices in Swiss Francs (CHF). Prices indicated in foreign currencies such as EUR or USD may vary and will be adjusted in case of exchange rate fluctuations. The statutory VAT of 8.1% is included. All offers are subject to change without notice. Only our written or email order confirmation constitutes the contractual basis.

Terms of Payment
All prices and offers apply to advance payment. Special conditions may only be agreed upon with the approval of management.
In all cases, the goods remain the property of Beat Lüthi Antiquitäten – dieZEITREISE.com until full payment has been received.

Advance Payment (Deposit)
For invoice amounts of CHF 3,000 or more, you may secure your purchase by paying a deposit of at least 30% of the total purchase price.

Delivery Terms
Beat Lüthi Antiquitäten – dieZEITREISE.com selects its suppliers independently. We strive to keep delivery times as short as possible. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Postage and shipping costs are calculated individually for each delivery. Beat Lüthi Antiquitäten – dieZEITREISE.com shall not be liable for non-performance or delayed performance due to force majeure, war, strikes, pandemics, or inability of our suppliers and/or service providers to deliver. Partial deliveries are permitted.

Shipping and Postage Costs
Packaging and transportation costs are shown separately in the order. Shipment is always at the recipient’s risk. Delivery is made worldwide, with certain exceptions.

Acceptance and Inspection
The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery or collection. In the event of transport damage or partial loss, the recipient must notify the carrier and have a report drawn up before accepting the shipment.

Returns, Exchanges, Complaints
In the case of verifiable material defects, a free material replacement will be provided.
Any further claims for damages are excluded. Differences in color and brightness compared to the natural object are reserved. No claims can be made if the color of the delivered wood differs from the screen display or printed representation. Obvious defects must be reported in writing within 8 days. If the goods are proven defective, Beat Lüthi Antiquitäten – dieZEITREISE.com will provide replacement in kind or a partial or full refund of the purchase price.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts governed by these GTC are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, regardless of the destination of the orders.
